Additional information

NOTE:
  • 1) Citizenship identification cards or ID cards for Vietnamese people and passports for foreigners must not expire at the time of application.
  • 2) Enterprise registration certificates or other equivalent documents issued overseas must be legalized by consular affairs agencies of Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • 3) If an individual or another organization is authorized to process the enterprise registration application, refer to Article 11 of this Decree.
  • 4) A none notarized power of attorney is acceptable if the authorizing person has a registered digital signature.

Investors is issued with a pin code for logging in the National Business Registration Portal ( https://dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn/en-gb/home.aspx) to check the status of application.
